Terms of Service — RentRV

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentRV ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

RentRV is an online platform that connects guests with recreational vehicle (RV) rental operators. We facilitate the browsing, booking, and management of RV rentals. RentRV does not own or operate any RVs directly.

3. Account Registration

To make a booking, you must create an account using your email address, phone number, or Google account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to RV availability and operator confirmation.
Prices are displayed in US dollars and include the base rental rate. Add-ons, taxes, and security deposits may apply.
A security deposit may be required and will be held separately from the rental payment.
Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to their terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary by rental operator. Generally:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the pick-up date may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before pick-up may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before pick-up may not be eligible for a refund.

Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Renter Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

Possess a valid driver's license appropriate for operating the rented RV
Operate the RV in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Return the RV in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear
Not sublease or allow unauthorized persons to operate the RV
Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
Adhere to the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off dates and times

7. Limitation of Liability

RentRV acts as a platform connecting renters and RV operators. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RentRV is not liable for the condition, safety, or legality of any RV listed on the platform.
RentRV is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of a rented RV.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Provide false or misleading information
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

9. Intellectual Property

All content on RentRV, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RentRV or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
