1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rent-RV.co ("RentRV", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

RentRV is an online platform operated by Vlad Kost in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, that facilitates RV and campervan rentals in the Denver metropolitan area. Our fleet includes Class B campervans (Winnebago Solis, Thor Dazzle, Airstream Rangeline) and adventure vehicles (Jeep Wrangler with rooftop tent).

3. Account Registration

To make a booking, you must create an account using your email address, phone number, or Google account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be at least 25 years of age to rent an RV

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Rental Requirements

All renters must:

  • Be at least 25 years of age
  • Possess a valid U.S. or international driver's license
  • Provide proof of identity
  • Agree to the rental agreement at the time of vehicle pick-up
  • Be listed as an authorized driver on the rental agreement

5. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are displayed in US dollars and include the base rental rate. Insurance, cleaning fees, add-ons, and security deposits are shown separately.
  • Payment is split into two installments:
    • 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
    • Remaining 50% is automatically charged to your saved card 8 days before your pick-up date.
    • If your booking is made within 8 days of pick-up, the full amount is charged at booking.
  • Your credit card information is securely stored by Stripe (our payment processor) for the second installment. We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • A security deposit is required and will be held separately from the rental payment. The deposit is refundable upon return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition.
  • Airport delivery service to Denver International Airport is available for a flat fee of $300 (includes both delivery and pick-up).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before pick-up: 100% refund of the nightly rental amount.
  • 8–29 days before pick-up: Renter is responsible for 50% of the nightly rental amount. Add-ons and fees are fully refunded.
  • 7 or fewer days before pick-up: Renter is responsible for 100% of the nightly rental amount plus all fees. No refund.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Renter Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

  • Operate the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Return the vehicle on or before the agreed drop-off date and time
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear
  • Not sublease or allow unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle
  • Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving (except the Jeep Wrangler on designated trails)
  • Report any damage, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately
  • Not smoke inside any vehicle
  • Maintain a warm internal temperature during winter rentals to prevent water line freezing

8. Insurance

RentRV provides specialized RV insurance coverage for all rentals. The insurance fee is included in the daily rate shown during booking. Standard personal auto policies typically do not cover RV rentals. If you have a specific policy that covers commercial RV rentals, contact us to verify coverage before your trip.

9. Cleaning & Maintenance

A cleaning fee applies to each rental to cover interior and exterior cleaning, waste tank dumping, and propane refilling. You do not need to dump waste tanks or refill propane before returning the vehicle. However, excessive uncleanliness or damage beyond normal use may result in additional charges deducted from your security deposit.

10. Mileage & Fuel

All rentals include unlimited mileage. You are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up. A fuel service charge may apply if the vehicle is returned with significantly less fuel.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RentRV is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of a rented vehicle beyond the coverage provided by the included insurance.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.
  • RentRV is not responsible for trip interruptions due to weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service or any rented vehicle to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transport hazardous materials
  • Operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Drive outside the continental United States without prior written approval
  • Use for any commercial purpose (ride-sharing, deliveries, etc.)

13. Intellectual Property

All content on RentRV, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software, is the property of Rent-RV.co or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
