  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you sign in via Google or email/phone verification.
  • Booking information: rental dates, RV selection, add-ons, pricing, and booking history.
  • Payment information: payment details are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number.
  • Driver information: driver's license number, state, and expiration date when required for RV rental verification.
  • Usage data: pages visited, browser type, device information, and IP address collected automatically through server logs and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process and manage RV bookings
  • Send booking confirmations and updates via email or SMS
  • Send one-time verification codes via SMS or email for account authentication
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve our services and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing.

You give us your mobile number in one of two ways:

  • You enter it on our sign-in page and tap "Send Code", next to a disclosure stating what you are agreeing to receive.
  • You call us at (720) 809-8888 or submit our rental inquiry form and ask us to text you a rental quote at the number you give us.

Having given us your number, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Rent-RV.co containing:

  • One-time verification codes for account sign-in
  • Booking status notifications (confirmation, pick-up reminders, drop-off reminders)
  • Rental quotes you asked us for, which may arrive as MMS including photos of the RVs quoted
  • Replies from our team to questions you text us

We will never send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. 4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The parties below act as our subcontractors and process data only on our instructions, to deliver the service you asked for:

  • RV rental operators: to fulfill your booking (name, contact details, rental dates).
  • Service providers: third-party services that help us operate, including:
    • Twilio (SMS delivery on our behalf — the only party that receives your mobile number for messaging, and it may not use it for its own purposes)
    • Resend (email delivery)
    • Stripe (payment processing)
    • Google (authentication)
    • Vercel (hosting)
    • Neon (database)
    • Microsoft Clarity (session replay & behavioral analytics)
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication with JWT tokens, and restricted access to personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We use Google Tag Manager for analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. 7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal and tax compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

RentRV is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
