How We Collect Consent

We collect consent directly from you, in one of two ways. We never buy, rent, or accept phone numbers from anyone else.

1. On our sign-in page. When you sign in or create an account on Rent-RV.co, you may choose to verify your identity using your mobile phone number. By entering your phone number on our sign-in page and clicking "Send Code", you expressly consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code from RentRV at the phone number you provided. The disclosure shown next to that field reads:

By entering your mobile number and tapping "Send Code" you agree to receive SMS verification codes and messages about your rental from Rent-RV.co at that number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of renting.

2. When you ask us for a quote. If you call us at (720) 809-8888 or submit our rental inquiry form and ask us to text you a rental quote, you are consenting to receive that quote and follow-up messages about it at the mobile number you give us.

What Messages You Will Receive

• Verification codes: A single SMS containing a 6-digit verification code each time you request one during sign-in.
• Booking notifications: Occasional SMS messages related to your RV rental booking status (confirmation, pick-up reminders, drop-off reminders).
• Rental quotes: If you ask us for a quote by phone or through our inquiry form, we text it to the number you give us. These may arrive as MMS with photos of the RVs quoted.
• Customer support: Replies to questions you text us. You can reply to any of our messages and reach a real person.

We will never send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting from us.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also choose to sign in using email or Google instead of phone verification. After opting out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from RentRV.
