Luxury RV rentals for Burning Man 2026,
delivered to the playa.
Four rigs, one burn: a 4x4 Nexus Rebel Super C that sleeps your whole camp, two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter diesels for a couple or a crew of five, or a tow-behind Geo Pro trailer from $400/night. Any of them can be waiting for you in Black Rock City when you land.
What we offer for Burning Man 2026
Four playa-ready rigs, all with real bathrooms, real kitchens, and real beds. Choose the one that fits your camp — and your budget.

The camp rig
Nexus Rebel Super C 4x4
A luxury Super C on a Chevy Silverado 6500HD commercial chassis — the rig for your whole camp. Private bedroom, bunk beds, a cab-over bunk, and a convertible dinette sleep up to 8, while the 6,000-watt generator keeps the A/C running around the clock. Split the cost across 6–8 campmates and comfort beats most plug-and-play options.
$2,000 / night8-night minimum
The couple's rig
2024 Dynamax Isata 3 24FW
Big-rig comfort in an easy-to-drive 25-foot Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — perfect for a couple (plus a friend or two in the cab-over bunk). Corner queen bed, three-seat power theater seating, convection microwave, on-demand hot water, and a full rear bathroom with a skylit shower. Its 620Ah lithium bank, 950W of rooftop solar, and dual alternators deliver quiet power on the playa — no generator drone at 3am.
$1,000 / night8-night minimum

2024 Dynamax Isata 3 24FW — corner queen, theater seating, cab-over bunk, and the 24FW floorplan.

The small-crew rig
Entegra Coach QWEST 24
The clever one. A second Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — same easy 25-foot footprint as the Isata 3 — but the whole floorplan works twice. The queen Murphy bed folds up into a 70-inch sofa every morning, so you get a real living room by day and a real bedroom by night; add the U-shaped dinette in the slide and the overhead loft and everyone has somewhere to turn in without drawing the short straw. Solid-surface counters, a convection microwave, a 7-foot ceiling, and a full bath with a skylit tiled shower. Hydraulic auto-leveling sets it flat on soft playa in under a minute, and the onboard generator runs the roof A/C whenever you want it.
$1,000 / night8-night minimum

Entegra Coach QWEST 24 — bed made up, U-dinette in the slide, galley, overhead loft, skylit shower, bath, Mercedes cab, and the rear at camp.

The budget rig
2021 Rockwood Geo Pro G20BHS
Real beds and a real bathroom at a fraction of the price. This lightweight 21-foot trailer sleeps 6 across a front queen, double bunks with privacy curtains, and a convertible dinette — and the bottom bunk folds up behind a rear cargo door, so your bikes ride inside. Upgraded lithium batteries, rooftop solar, and an inverter keep the 12V fridge, lights, fans, and outlets running off-grid all week. Tow it with your own SUV, or have us place it on the playa before gates open.
$400 / night8-night minimum

2021 Rockwood Geo Pro G20BHS — dinette, front queen, double bunks, kitchen, bath, rear cargo door, and the G20BHS floorplan.

Why these are the right RVs for the playa
A/C that never quits
Late-August Black Rock Desert means 95°F+ days. The Rebel's 6,000-watt diesel generator runs its roof A/C around the clock; the Isata 3's 620Ah lithium bank and 950W solar power its 15,000 BTU A/C in silence — no generator drone in your camp. The Entegra Qwest carries both: solar for the quiet hours, its own onboard generator for the hot ones.
Built for the terrain
The Rebel is a true 4x4 Super C on a Silverado 6500HD commercial chassis — 22,000 lb GVWR and a 350 HP Duramax. The Isata 3 and the Entegra Qwest both ride the proven Mercedes-Benz Sprinter diesel platform, and the Qwest adds hydraulic auto-leveling for soft, uneven ground. The Geo Pro is a light single-axle trailer many SUVs tow with ease. Washboard gate road? Handled.
A rig for every camp — and budget
Rolling 8 deep? The Rebel sleeps your whole crew. Just the two of you? The Isata 3 gives you a queen bed, theater seats, and your own bathroom. Small crew? The Qwest's Murphy bed turns the bedroom back into a living room every morning. Watching the budget? The Geo Pro sleeps 6 with real beds and a real bathroom from $400/night — split it and it beats a tent by a mile.
Real bathroom, real kitchen
Every rig carries a bathroom with shower, onboard fresh water, and a proper kitchen — the Qwest's shower is tiled with its own skylight, and the Geo Pro even packs a full gas stove and oven. After three days of dust, a private hot shower is the best thing money can buy on the playa.
Delivered, so you can fly
Add Black Rock City delivery ($6,000 Rebel / $5,000 Isata 3 / $5,000 Qwest / $4,000 Geo Pro — round trip from Denver) and skip the drive: we position your rig before the event and retrieve it after. Land in Reno, take the Burner Express, walk into your home for the week.
Dust cleanup is our problem
The flat cleaning fee ($1,000 Rebel / $750 Isata 3 / $750 Qwest / $500 Geo Pro) covers full post-playa dust remediation. Enjoy the burn — bring it back dusty, that's expected and priced in.
How it works
Pick your rig & dates
Choose the Rebel, the Isata 3, the Entegra Qwest, or the Geo Pro and book 8+ nights covering Aug 30 – Sep 7, 2026. A refundable damage-fund deposit secures your rig — there is exactly one of each, and playa-ready RVs sell out months before the burn.
Choose pickup or delivery
Pick your RV up in Denver, or add Black Rock City delivery and we'll have it positioned at the event before gates open and hauled out after temple burn.
Burn, return, get your deposit back
Live in air-conditioned comfort all week. Afterwards, the cleaning fee covers the dust — your deposit comes back after a standard return inspection.
Reserve your RV for Burning Man 2026
Pick your rig, tell us your dates and whether you want playa delivery — you'll see your estimated total instantly, and we'll get back to you within a few hours. No payment until we confirm.
Burning Man RV rental — FAQ
- What does it cost to rent an RV for Burning Man 2026?
- The Nexus Rebel Super C (sleeps 8) is $2,000 per night, the Dynamax Isata 3 (best for a couple) is $1,000 per night, the Entegra Coach QWEST 24 is $1,000 per night, and the Rockwood Geo Pro trailer (sleeps 6) is $400 per night. All have an 8-night minimum covering the full event. On top of the nightly rate there is a flat post-playa deep-cleaning fee ($1,000 / $750 / $750 / $500), estimated insurance (per-rig, lower if we deliver; $1,500 deductible), and a refundable security deposit ($5,000 / $3,000 / $3,000 / $2,000) held as a damage fund. An 8-night self-drive rental comes to about $18,200 for the Rebel, $9,550 for the Isata 3, $9,550 for the Qwest, and $4,300 for the Geo Pro; with delivery to Black Rock City it is about $23,800, $14,350, $14,350, and $8,100.
- Do you deliver the RVs to Black Rock City?
- Yes. We deliver any of the four to Black Rock City before the event and collect it after the burn — a flat round trip from our Denver, CO base: $6,000 for the Rebel, $5,000 for the Isata 3, $5,000 for the Entegra Qwest, $4,000 for the Geo Pro trailer. You fly in, walk to your camp, and your RV is already there — no driving the playa road yourself. Delivery is especially popular for the Geo Pro: no tow vehicle or hitch experience needed.
- Which RV is right for my group?
- Bringing your whole camp? The Nexus Rebel is a 4x4 Super C that sleeps up to 8 across a private bedroom, bunk beds, a cab-over bunk, and a convertible dinette. Just two of you? The Dynamax Isata 3 24FW is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter diesel with a corner queen bed, a cab-over bunk, three-seat power theater seating, and a full rear bathroom. Small crew who still want an easy-to-drive rig? The Entegra Coach QWEST 24 is a second Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a slide-out, a queen Murphy bed that folds up into a 70-inch sofa by day, a U-shaped dinette, an overhead loft, and its own onboard generator. Family or small crew on a budget? The Rockwood Geo Pro G20BHS trailer sleeps up to 6 (front queen, double bunks, convertible dinette) with a real kitchen and a tub shower — tow it with many SUVs, or have us place it on the playa for you.
- Can the air conditioning run all day in the desert?
- The Rebel carries a 6,000-watt diesel generator with auto transfer, sized to run the roof air conditioning around the clock. The Isata 3 takes the quiet route: 620 amp-hours of lithium batteries, 950 watts of rooftop solar, and dual alternators power its 15,000 BTU A/C without generator drone. The Entegra Qwest splits the difference — rooftop solar for the quiet hours plus an onboard generator that runs its roof A/C whenever you want it. The Geo Pro's lithium + solar + inverter setup runs the fridge, lights, fans, and outlets off-grid all week — its roof A/C needs a generator or camp power, so plan on shade and fans (or bring a portable generator) if you go the budget route.
- Are these RVs OK to drive on the playa?
- Yes. The Rebel is a true 4x4 Super C on a Chevy Silverado 6500HD commercial chassis (22,000 lb GVWR) with a 350 HP Duramax diesel. The Isata 3 rides on the proven Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis with a 3.0L V6 turbo diesel. The Entegra Qwest is on the same Sprinter family — a Sprinter 3500 turbo diesel, 25 feet long and 11,030 lb GVWR, with hydraulic auto-leveling that sets itself flat on soft, uneven playa in under a minute. The Geo Pro is a light single-axle trailer (about 3,000 lbs) that many SUVs tow comfortably — and if we deliver it, you never touch a hitch. Playa dust cleanup for every rig is already covered by the cleaning fee.
- What are the Burning Man 2026 dates?
- Burning Man 2026 runs Sunday, August 30 through Monday, September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) in Black Rock City, Nevada. The 8-night minimum covers the full event.
